Coye's Baptism

After talking with family and friends, we decided that Memorial Day weekend would be the best weekend to have Coye baptized. I was so excited to have nice weather so that we could grill out and the kids could all play outside. It rained off and on all day Saturday, so I was a little nervous about the weather on Sunday, but we woke up on Sunday to sunny skies. Coye was awake for over an hour before church, so he ended up sleeping through the entire service and all of our pictures at the end. He was such a good boy! After church, we came back home to get things together before everyone came over. Drew was nice enough to grill the pork burgers for me so that I wouldn't have to worry about doing that. Everyone also brought a side dish to share, so we had plenty of good food to eat. As Drew was just finishing grilling, the sky started to get dark. We were able to pray and people were able to make their plates and take them to the garage before it started raining. The rain didn't last long, but it did get everything wet so the kids weren't able to play outside, but they still had fun. It was a great day!
