6 months!

Chloe went to the doctor this past Friday for her six month checkup (I can't believe that she's already six months old!). The doctor said that she looked great. She is 26 inches long and weighs 14 pounds. I thought for sure that she was going to weigh more than that, but she's apparently going to be a little peanut just like her big sister. She had to get some shots, but did really well with them and wasn't any crabbier than normal. :)

Chloe has been sitting up very well. In fact, the doctor said that she sits very well for a six month old, which made me feel good, considering Aubrey was crawling already by this age. I'm glad Chloe's not doing that yet though, because when she does, war will break out at our house.

We gave Chloe cereal for the first time today. She did pretty good with it, even though it seemed like more came out than went in. She also got water for the first time, and actually got some out of the cup. Her face was pretty priceless as she wasn't quite sure about it.

Aubrey has been doing okay with potty training. She stays dry as long as I take her and make her go. If I don't take her, then she tends to have an accident. We'll just keep working on it, because we're not going back to diapers.

We've been watching the Olympics since it's started - we all love it! Aubrey's favorite part is when they "jump into the water" - the diving. She loves to watch the events!

Chloe's pigtails - her hair is getting so long! Chloe sitting in the high chair like such a big girl!
