Sharing

Aubrey's been using this white stool that we have a lot lately to help make dinner or wash dishes. She loves being on it because she can be up higher and get up and down easier. Chloe also loves it, so when they are both up, they tend to fight over it. Neither one of them really likes to share, so there's a lot of screaming when the stool is out.

Fun Times

Chloe finally got her other bottom tooth in so she now has a total of four teeth. She's still been drooling a lot, so I don't know if there's more to come or what's up with that. She's still my super busy girl and just goes, goes, goes, which is fine when we're at home. When we're out and about, it's not such a good thing. Being confined is not one of her favorite things. :)

I finally got Aubrey to change her earrings twice now. She looks so cute with different earrings. I love it! She's been playing so well and is really into playing house. She loves to make food for her babies. She also loves jumping on her trampoline, especially with Daddy.

Aubrey's Birthday Party

On Sunday we had Aubrey's birthday party with both sides of the family. It was busy and crazy with so many people in our house, but it was a lot of fun too.

I found a picture of this cake online and decided that I would try to make it. It turned out so much better than I expected.

What a Beautiful Day!

Last Friday Calvin came home early from work and decided to set up the trampoline that we had gotten the girls for Christmas. It was absolutely beautiful outside, so the girls and I decided to skip naps (for Aubrey anyway) and play outside. Chloe loved being able to be down and just walk around in the grass and near the swingset. She had previously loved swinging, but wasn't too happy about being stuck in the swing when she could be walking around and be busy. Aubrey enjoyed swinging, riding her bike, and "helping" Daddy with the trampoline. I cannot wait for the weather to be continuously warmer!

Aubrey's Baby Goat

A couple of months ago we had a set of twins born whose mom didn't have much milk. Calvin had to supplement by bottle feeding them three times a day. He got Aubrey to start helping with this and she loved it. She was very sad when she no longer had to bottle feed her "baby".

Aubrey's Birthday

Denny and Eileen came over for supper last night to help us celebrate Aubrey's birthday. She was a little sad when she woke up in the morning that no one was coming to stay at our house yet, but she quickly got over it when she saw the presents and cupcakes.

Another Tooth

Chloe now has three teeth with a fourth one coming any day now. One of her bottom teeth came through. Her top teeth are much more visible now too. If I could get her to hold still long enough, I might be able to get a picture posted where you can actually see them.

Aubrey's been having fun playing with her dollhouse this week. She's finally figured out how to make the people talk and play where the dolls actually talk to each other. It's been fun playing with her. I'm always the mom and the dad while she's the "big girl" and the babies.
